Decent place to watch a game. Plenty of TVs and they are happy to change the channel for you. About 10 beers on tap and lots in the bottle. Typical bar food and everything we had was decent. The Anaconda wings (dry rub) are nice and crispy. Just ask for one of the other sauces to dip in if you want to kick it up a little.

Nothing fancy, but great place to see sports on TV. Cheap Rolling Rock draft. The food is pretty good as well. Service is great. I would highly recommend if you have a favorite team u want to see on TV. I just watched the Hoosiers! Go IU.

Great wings and burgers! I loved the anaconda and honey Thai wings and my husband really enjoyed his cheeseburger with sweet potato waffle fries. I loved the fries, too :) We will be back to try more things very soon! Our service was also fantastic!

Best wings on the beach! Local hangout that treats you like family! 14 tvs to watch just about any sport televised. Wing sauces that'll knock you back a bit. Burgers that you will crave after trying. Live music on Fridays, live Bingo on Tuesdays, and trivia on Wednesday. And fun every day of the week.

This place is a lot of fun and the food and beer is great. The problem is they don't take credit/debit cards. They do have an ATM, but if you and some friends want to run a tab forget it.

Best wings in Bay County. Best service ever, just unbelievably good service, better than much pricier restaurants. Time Out is our favorite go to place.

Great tasting oysters at an even better price! Also blackened grouper tacos are not on the menu, but if you order it you will not be disappointed. Friendly service.

Time Out Sports Bar & Grill looks like a renovated Huddle House or something similar and in the same building as a gas station. I went during the weekday lunch rush, and you could tell the crowd was primarily local, and many seemed to be regulars. They have a sticker outside the door advertising NFL Sunday Ticket and boasting that you can watch every game there on Sundays, but I don't see how as there were only 6-8 TVs in the joint, and none very big. There were only two waitresses in the restaurant, and while Time Out is small, I felt like they were overstretched for the lunch rush and weren't very attentive. I ordered water to drink, and was never given a refill when I'd drank it all even after the waitress said she would bring me one on two occasions. Time Out's food seems to all be cooked short order at a griddle, not unlike Waffle House. The burger I ordered was very basic, and would have been quite dry if not for the grilled onions and pepperjack cheese I ordered for toppings. It does come with a packet of mayonnaise also, if that is your predilection. The fries weren't bad, and were seasoned in the sort of way you might expect at a seafood restaurant, and even had that hint of fish fry you expect from those places. The Mrs. had a BLT wrap which could not have been any more basic. I might have made a bigger and more robust version of that item at home for a lot less than $7. Time Out seems to have a good selection of draft beers and even more bottled selection, including higher end beers like Blue Moon. The bottom line is that I would not at all recommend Time Out Sports Bar & Grill as a good place to drop in and have a bite or catch a game. You'd be better served by the McDonald's down the street. That said, if you live on Panama City Beach near Thomas Drive and are looking for a decent place to stop in after work or on the weekends and grab a few beers in a no-frills but not unfriendly environment, then this bar and grill might be for you.

Previous reviewers have way too high of standards for a gas-station adjacent sports pub. It's clearly a locals hangout and greasy spoon, and if you know that, it's fabulous. The same burger and fries at a diner or one of those walk-up burger shacks would get four-stars. The small burger was still huge with generous tomato, lettuce, and onion. The onion rings were perfectly standard, same with fries. The wings - we got the honey something wings, and they were fantastic. Served with both carrots and celery, and ranch and blue cheese. Overall, a great "diner" in sports bars clothing. Karaoke on thursday, but not overpowering if you sit away from the action. Easily can watch a game on one of the tvs.

New location right on St Andrews bay wings were great and a great view

Half of the dozen oysters ordered were smaller than a dime size and when brought to the waitress's attention, she got defensive and cut me off. We weren't trying to get free food. Worst of all, she mentioned the manager was shucking our oysters. Long story short, we cut our dinner short at Time Out and went down the street to Hunt's oyster bar. Worst experience to date. Time Out made Hunt's look THAT much more delicious.

I am one of the locals that Matt(P.C.) is talking about that goes to Time Out and I must say that he most have been under some type of influence to cause him to not know what he is talking about. The inside of the restaurant has 12 T.V's , with 7 of them in front of the bar, so when you are sitting at the bar you can just about see all the games. They do get crowded at times, but we really never have had bad service. There are times that we might wait a little bit on the food when the cooks are busy but not on drinks. So I'm thinking that the reason Matt had to wait for a drink is because the staff realized that he was under some kind of influence and it was impairing his ability to focus. My Family and I have been going to time out for about 3 years and we always recommend this place to our friends and clients and everyone loves the place. Keep it up Time Out!! And Matt get your eyes checked and get a clue.

I went to Time Out thursday afternoon to meet some friends for happy hour. We sat out on the porch, which was nice except for the lack of service. For the majority of our drink/food orders, we had to go inside and order ourselves. Additionally, happy hour ends at 4:30... who ends their happy hour before most people are even off of work? And, to make matters worse, they force you to close out your bill at the end of happy hour and start a new one. Seriously? I don't care how cheap the beer is at happy hour, it's really not worth the hassle.
